PROCEDURES  OF TEACHING

1.

First, I made observations for three days in the class compilation of teachers who worked with me while I was teaching.

Secondly, before I carried out the actual teaching I acted as a teaching assistant in the class for five days, at this stage I finished while the teaching process was carried out in collaboration with my teacher.

Third, I make lesson plans with teachers who work together

Fourth, I study material and prepare learning media for teaching

Fifth, I started teaching actual classes that have been determined to work with teachers, here is a series of classroom activities:

- Greetings

- Check student attendance

- Checking students' assignments

- Record scoring students

- Remember yesterday's lesson

- Introduce new lessons

- Ask questions to students with quizzes or assignments

- Ice breaking / game

- Closed with prayer

After completing the learning activities I got an evaluation form from the teacher who worked together with the aim that I could improve the quality of teaching in class.

TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZING ACTIVITIES

1.

The first time management is a compilation in the preparation of material, it is necessary to update the material to be delivered sufficiently or not within 1 hour.

2.

The second time management is a compilation that makes learning media, must be updated through learning media that should be delivered to students who can make students more easily discuss the material or unable to consider the compilation time will apply the learning media in the classroom.

Third class management, how we can control the class with the right techniques so that learning activities can run smoothly

Fourth, is paying attention to the time to do ice breaking and so that the game does not exceed the time.

PROBLEM SOLVING

I am a formal person and have to work more to make the classroom atmosphere comfortable and pleasant. To overcome this situation I often use games and educational videos so students don't get bored.

In some classes I tend to over time because the explanation of economics is quite long. To overcome this I gave homework assignments for students in the form of material for discussion related to economic material that I explained.

CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

SEACH-TEACHER activity is my first teaching activity in English, differences dialeg sometimes make me and students miss communication so the class is sometimes noisy but I try to manage it by modeling with body language or drawing and writing keywords on the board. I will always remember this valuable experience, because being a teacher is not easy and needs to learn and keep learning.
